A complete renovation of the existing new purchased home was remodeled taking a two bedroom first floor to a first floor Master bedroom suite.  Reconstructing of a kitchen, dining, living room, design open concept free flowing entertaining area combing all.  Kitchen was remodeled with granite counter tops and large working island with build-in bookcases. Refinished and tied into the white oak flooring.  Demo of existing sunroom and single garage with an expanded of an addition of a larger sunroom with radiant floor, heating with lots of sunlight!  A den/office was built on the backside of the brand new two car garage with storage.  This home went from a small cape that was gorgeously renovated home to meet the new owners expectation of the home in the neighborhood of their dreams.
