A two phase addition/remodel consisting of phase 1 being a garage/art studio addition.  Phase 2 was a Master bedroom remodel with Marvin windows throughout the home.  The existing garage was doubled in size with vaulted ceiling skylights for natural lighting creating a perfect art studio.  A brand new garage build attached by a connector to the studio.  The two car garage with automatic doors for ease and additional storage space.  Phase 2 consisted of a new Master Bedroom with walk-in closet with custom built-ins.  Skylights in the bedroom with Marvin french doors to the balcony.  A mahogany new construction deck was built with cable rail system as an extension of the living space.  a Wrap around deck to enjoy outdoor living at it's best!
